  I like UPS. I don't believe this store's owner is the type of person that most of us associate with UPS. This guy is like a stereo typical bad guy. His entire store is young females, and he is generally in front of the store talking to people in cars and being an over the top stereotypical gumba. I still like UPS, and my visit at this location stands alone as a horrific experience.

  We needed to have documents notarized and mailed overnight. Kristina H was very friendly and efficient. She notarized documents and offered to make a copy for my records. She was also willing to scan and email a copy to the attorney office for me and she was efficient and thought to ask if I wanted to include copy to my email address too (which I later needed!). I was very pleased with Kristina's help and excellent customer service. I like it when employees think to add the important extras I may not have thought of!! Great job!

  I went to drop off a a Mail Innovations package. Which is UPS and USPS together. It's a program through UPS!!!!!! The guy told us that this was illegal using a UPS label for a USPS shipping.. THEN HE CUSSED MY MOTHER. The people are terrible and rude. And not trained properly at this location,. If he was he would know about the MAIL INNOVATION program THAT UPS, Yes UPS offers that me say it again !!!!! UPS OFFERS!!!!. Disrespectful!
