  We stayed at the two palms location for about a week and a half, nice location, steps from the beach, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our first day here a neighbor came by with a list of different places to visit which was very nice. Two things that were disappointing, after about 3 days we decided to cook at the house, after preheating the oven, we opened it and found old, rotting food. Also, the bathroom and shower had a weird, gross smell that I couldn't get rid of but thankfully we had an outside shower that we used. So our only complaint would be that the housekeepers do a better job with the cleaning. Sunshine realty staff were nothing but friendly and helpful.

  100% satisfaction - We cannot say enough good things about Sunshine Realty. We just rented a week from them for our family's vacation which includes three families with a five year old and 2 toddlers. Upon check in we had a few problems with our rental but Lauryn went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We will always us this realty company.

  Our experience was a good one. Sunshine Realty was excellent, friendly and prompt with communication before and after booking. They were helpful and fast in resolving a couple of issues we had after we checked in. We plan on using them again and have no doubts we will again get the same good service.

  I guess if you want the owner to live in the basement during your rental and then turn down the AC while you're out enjoying the beach, this is the place for you. NOT!
