- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The staff is nice and helpful wheb ypu are there but i am so infuriated to say the least. I get a text saying my benefits expire on a certain date - when in fact they do not expire until next appointment in July. But anyways this has happened to me before so i panic abd call the WIC office and the woman on the phone looked up my account a comfirned that yes, my benefits expire in July. She says to disregard text and all is "well". So my date comes up when my benefits are supposed to reload and guess what? No benefits!!! I had recently just went through this and had just reactivated my card earlier this month. I want to understand why this keeps happening? I am a stay at home mom and our husvabd works to make ends meet. We rely heavily on our help from wic. So for them to casually jist shrug there shoulders to something thats obviously a glitch on the system upsets me to no end.By Paige Kristina, October 30, 2016
