- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH THE LADIES ON US 1 IN ST AUGUSTINE FOR MANY YEARS AND THOUGHT OUR RELATIONSHIP TO BE VERY GOOD. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. TILL I HAD AN ACCIDENT AND NOW AFTER PAYING $ 400 A MONTH , DIRECT IS DENYING THE CLAIM FOR THE AGENT FAILED TO LIST MY PARENTS ON MY POLICY..I WENT INTO THE OFFICE AND SPECIFICALLY TOLD HER I HAD MOVED BACK IN WITH MY MOM AND DAD, THINKING SHE WOULD HANDLE THE PROCESS CORRECTLY. IT WAS AN ADMINISTRATIVE MISTAKE ON THE AGENTS PART YET THE COMPANY WONT PAY FOR MY TOTALLED CAR WHICH THEY TOOK FROM ME CLOSE TO 90 DAYS AGO...BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE FOR THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CUSTOMERS !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE A POLICY WITH THEM I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU CHANGING YOUR CAR INSURANCE TO A "PRO" COMPANY WHERE THEY ASKED AND LISTED MY PARENTS ON MY POLICE AND THAT WAS WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE I HAD NEVER MET..AND BY THE WAY THE SAME POLICY WAS A LOT CHEAPER WITH THE NEW COMPANY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND NOW YOU KNOW THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL DO ANYTHING NOT TO PAY YOUR CLAIM.By 0817eja, March 10, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was asked to bring my proof of residency into a store location which was 25 minutes away and they had a sign on the door, be back at 3pm. This was at 1:30pm. How incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient. Now when I call it says all agents are busy, call back later.
