- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been using this bank since 1991 when it was Barnett Bank, then Nations and now Bank Of America. Ms Adukiewicz has always been there when I needed help. When I had a family crisis and needed expert banking expertise she was there with sympathy and knowledge that got me through. She didn't sit behind a desk either but was always ready to lend a hand where necessary. Faith Williams, who is no longer with Bank of America in 2010 helped me with a mortgage loan that had bogged down and helped expedite it. Whenever I found it necessary to use the tellers they have always been patient, courteous and kind.
